We are looking for a dynamic Executive Chef for a high-volume, fun, and trendy steakhouse that is passionate about consistently delicious food. Must be experienced in coaching and developing through the use of established systems and tools.
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- All BOH functions including cost controls, staffing, training, inventory, and food quality
- Create memorable experiences for our guests
- Lead the culinary team to excellence and develop team members
- Independent self-starter with a strong desire to make an impact
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role with high volume experience of at least $3M
- Experience in a from-scratch steakhouse environment REQUIRED.
