Sales Director Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the industrial manufacturing sector.
- Experience leading a team of 3+ direct reports
- Strong attention to detail and follow up and closing deals.
- Demonstrated ability collaborating with other Departments
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- A ready book of contacts in the Midwest.
