Restaurant General Manager – Fine Dining

Key Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and “mayor” of the dining room, engaging guests and building lasting relationships
• Lead and support a tenured, professional staff
• Ensure the highest standards of fine dining service, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations with attention to detail and excellence
• Train and mentor staff to uphold our service and culinary standards
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a fine dining or upscale casual concept
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; hands-on and guest-centric management style
• Deep knowledge of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Current ServSafe and TIPS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Passion for food, hospitality, and developing people
