General Manager – Italian Fine Dining & Wine Concept in Naples, FL

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be willing to relocate to Naples, FL full-time.
• Proven success building wine club memberships and driving private dining revenue in an upscale restaurant.
• 5–10+ years of restaurant management experience, with senior leadership background in high-volume fine dining
• New restaurant opening experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop large teams (about 100 employees)
• Strong track record managing P&L and achieving revenue, labor, and cost targets
• In-depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and fine dining service
• Excellent communication, leadership, and guest relations skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct all front- and back-of-house operations to ensure seamless, elevated guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams with a focus on hospitality and accountability
• Maintain fine dining service standards and handle guest feedback or service recovery
• Partner with the executive chef and beverage director to uphold food quality, presentation, and wine program excellence
• Manage P&L, labor, inventory, budgets, and all key operating metrics to achieve financial goals
• Build relationships with local businesses and drive incremental sales through marketing, private dining, and events
