Insurance Benefits Advisor Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $50,000–$65,000 plus uncapped commission
- Established book of business provided—no cold calling required

Insurance Benefits Advisor Requirements & Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License (required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help people
- Ability to work independently and manage client appointments
- Reliable transportation and basic computer proficiency
Insurance Benefits Advisor Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in insurance, employee benefits, Medicare, supplemental insurance, account management, or financial services is a plus
Insurance Benefits Advisor Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with an established portfolio of clients
- Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews for individuals and families
- Help clients understand their coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Identify additional coverage needs within the existing client base
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing client support
