Licensed Life & Health Insurance Account Manager – No Cold Calling
New Jersey | Hybrid | $50,000–$53,000 Base + Uncapped Commission

We're hiring a relationship-focused insurance professional to manage an established portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and earning additional income without spending their day cold calling.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with an established portfolio of clients
- Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews
- Help individuals and families understand their coverage options
- Recommend life, health, disability, and supplemental insurance solutions
- Identify additional coverage needs within your existing client base
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing client support
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused approach with a desire to help people
- Ability to work independently and manage client appointments
- Reliable transportation and basic computer skills
Experience in insurance, employee benefits, Medicare, supplemental insurance, account management, or financial services is a plus.
