We are seeking a passionate, hospitality-driven Restaurant Service Manager to join a growing, locally owned restaurant group known for its upscale-casual dining experiences, chef-driven cuisine, and elevated cocktail program. Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale-casual or upscale, full-service restaurant
- Experience in a chef-driven, scratch kitchen environment
- Strong background in elevated beverage service, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Proven experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
- Stable work history with no more than two employers in the past five years
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment
