Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

• Ability to pass an extensive background check
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Preferred Background & Skills

• Previous culinary or kitchen experience preferred
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a Head Chef
• Experience in restaurants, catering, country clubs, hotels, or private homes is a plus
• Assistant to the Head Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Assist the Head Chef with all meal preparation and service
• Prepare two fresh meals daily and one additional meal for reheating
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked kitchen
• Clean and care for all kitchen equipment and workstations
