🏡 Registered Nurse – Home Health
📍 Fayetteville, AR | Covering a 100-Mile Radius
An established and growing Home Health Agency is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join its clinical team in Northwest Arkansas.
This opportunity is ideal for an independent, compassionate RN who enjoys providing personalized care in patients’ homes while working with a supportive organization that values quality, communication, and excellent patient outcomes.
Areas May Include
Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville, Siloam Springs, Huntsville, Belle Vista, Hindsville, Pea Ridge, Eureka Springs, Fort Smith, Van Buren, Russellville, and surrounding communities.
RN Requirements
Active Arkansas RN license or qualifying Compact State license
Approximately 3–5 years of home health nursing experience
Comfortable completing patient visits throughout the assigned territory
Willing to serve patients in rural, underserved, and challenging geographic areas
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and time-management skills
Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently in the field
