A leading national law firm is seeking talented associates to join six dynamic practice groups in its San Francisco office. Team members collaborate with partners and clients on sophisticated litigation and transactional matters across technology, financial services, media, and emerging companies. Associate Attorney Benefits & Compensation
- Competitive annual base salary, depending on practice area and experience ($215,000–$330,000).

Associate Attorney Requirements & Qualifications
Requirements vary by practice group but may include:
- Minimum 2–6 years of relevant experience in practice area (see details below).
- Current admission to the California Bar (or eligibility) for California roles.
- Experience in complex litigation, transactional, employment, financial services, or M&A matters as relevant to the group.
Associate Attorney Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working with technology, fintech, media, or emerging companies is valued.
- Prior law firm or high-volume, high-impact case/matter management experience is an advantage.
Associate Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners on sophisticated litigation or transactional matters relevant to your practice group.
- Manage and directly contribute to case strategy, drafting, analysis, and client communication.
- Assist clients in competitive industries such as technology, financial services, media, and emerging companies.
- Develop expertise in areas including complex commercial disputes, M&A, class action employment litigation, financial services, First Amendment/media law, and venture capital.
- Engage in a collaborative, team-driven office culture with opportunities for early responsibility and professional growth.
