What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant (sales volume $5–12 million)
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team
- Strong command of financials, with a track record of hitting targets and controlling costs
