Position Summary

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field leadership and on-site management of large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects. This role oversees daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities.
  • Coordinate manpower planning and daily work assignments.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
  • Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
  • Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performance.
  • Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Extensive field leadership experience on large commercial or mission critical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large field crews.
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
