Family Law Associate Attorney (1+ Years)

You will have access to a full support team, including intake, billing, and business development, all working to keep your pipeline active and your workload manageable.
What You’ll Do
- Manage family law cases from start to resolution
- Handle divorce, custody, and contested family law matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
- Represent clients in court as needed
- Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients during challenging situations
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Nevada bar license (or ability to practice in Nevada)
- At least 1 year of family law experience
- Strong understanding of custody disputes, divorce, and contested matters
- Ability to manage cases independently with confidence
- Passion for helping clients through complex and emotional situations
