Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2 years prior experience in a Sous Chef position
- HANDS-ON Chef with a background used to systems and routines
- Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
- Experience in quality scratch kitchens
- Used to very high-volume sales
- Professional image & demeanor
