What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and P&L management
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
