What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including labor, food cost, and P&L management
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A positive, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
