Executive Chef Benefits & Compensation

  • Relocation to Central California Farm Area
  • Full-time, year-round position

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Executive Chef or Banquet Chef with wedding experience
  • Proven ability to work small and large events
  • Strong culinary training, either formal or informal
  • Demonstrated success in fostering a positive, family-style atmosphere while upholding high operational standards
  • Passion for training and coaching culinary staff
  • Experience with menu design and recipe costing
  • Independent, self-motivated, creative, and equipped with strong communication skills

Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a diverse culinary team to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations with an emphasis on consistency, quality, and efficiency
  • Design seasonal menus and manage recipe costing to ensure profitability
  • Create an inclusive, supportive team culture aligned with organizational values
  • Support and execute banquet and catering functions at a high standard
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
