We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a respected residential and light commercial service team. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who takes pride in reliable workmanship and customer-focused service.

HVAC Service Technician Benefits & Compensation:

  • $38–$53/hr, & Weekly Pay

HVAC Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience or Journeyman card
  • HVAC certification/license required; EPA certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
  • 6 weekend on-call rotations per year

Must Haves:

  • Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
  • Accurately document service tickets and customer records
  • Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers

HVAC Service Technician Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with installs, retrofits, and system upgrades
  • Familiarity with smart thermostats and IAQ products
  • Strong communication and customer education skills
