We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join a respected residential and light commercial service team. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who takes pride in reliable workmanship and customer-focused service.
HVAC Service Technician Benefits & Compensation:
- $38–$53/hr, & Weekly Pay

HVAC Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience or Journeyman card
- HVAC certification/license required; EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
- 6 weekend on-call rotations per year
Must Haves:
- Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
- Accurately document service tickets and customer records
- Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers
HVAC Service Technician Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with installs, retrofits, and system upgrades
- Familiarity with smart thermostats and IAQ products
- Strong communication and customer education skills
