Role Overview

This model suits advisors who want consistent warm referrals, a supportive W‑2 structure, and the ability to grow within a bank or credit union partnership. Advisors work closely with bankers and member‑facing teams to convert referrals into long‑term advisory relationships.Key Responsibilities

• Convert warm referrals from bank or credit union partners into advisory relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive planning across investments, retirement, insurance, and protection solutions.
• Build a book of business within a structured, supportive environment.
• Partner with branch leadership and product specialists to deepen client engagement.
• Expand wallet share through proactive planning and relationship management.

Compensation

Total first‑year earnings typically range from $85,000 – $225,000, including:

• Base salary: $65,000 – $120,000
• Incentive compensation: $20,000 – $105,000+
