Role Overview

This model is designed for advisors who prefer a W‑2 structure with access to leadership, coaching, and a team‑based culture. Advisors focus on delivering comprehensive planning while leveraging a full suite of marketing, technology, and operational resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning to HNW and mass‑affluent households.
• Build and deepen client relationships through a planning‑first approach.
• Partner with leaders, specialists, and fellow advisors in a collaborative branch environment.
• Grow your book through referrals, events, networking, and structured business development.
• Utilize a modern technology platform to streamline client service and planning.

Compensation

Total first‑year earnings typically range from $105,000 – $335,000, including:

• Base salary: $75,000 – $140,000
• Performance‑based incentives: $30,000 – $195,000+

Support & Resources Provided

• Full operational support, including onboarding and transition assistance.
