Executive Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
Effectively manage food and labor costs, full financial responsibility
Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a high-volume environment

Executive Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

At least 4+ years as an Executive Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
The ideal candidate has corporate systems experience
Excellent communication skills and strong leadership ability
Experience with 8M sales volume or higher and experience with new restaurant openings
Strong financial skillset, ability to run highly efficient BOH operations
Ability to lead in a diverse space and create a positive work environment for all
Passion for hospitality and desire to move your career forward
