We are seeking a Director of Front Office for a luxury resort hotel. Previous experience in a high-volume full-service or luxury hotel is necessary. Director Front Office Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front services
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a full-service or luxury hotel
  • Being a great teacher and coach
  • Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations is necessary
  • All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
  • Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion 
  • Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
  • Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
