About the Role

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and people-focused Managers to help create an outstanding guest experience. Our Managers are culture carriers who inspire their teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver exceptional hospitality while maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business.

As a Manager, you'll lead through example by coaching and developing your team, maintaining operational and culinary standards, and ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

What You'll Do

Guest Experience

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest experiences
  • Lead by example during service, setting the standard for energy, attentiveness, and professionalism
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
  • Train and coach team members to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Maintain a guest-first mindset in every decision and interaction

  • Coach and mentor team members while providing meaningful feedback

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop hourly team members
  • Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first approach
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in high-volume restaurant environments preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Positive attitude and energetic approach to every shift
