General Manager –Amherst OH

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in convenience store management or similaroperations
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and a positive, customer-focused attitude

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams of 10+ members
  • Experience succeeding in dynamic, high-traffic environments

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Maintain food quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Achieve sales and profit targets by coaching team members and executing business strategies
  • Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Uphold food safety standards and coach others to do the same
  • Build relationships with guests to create memorable experiences
  • Manage staffing, development, and training to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee communication, compliance, and execution of all company processes and policies
