Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

One year of management experience in a polished casual restaurant environment.
Familiarity with sales volumes in excess of $4 million annually
Some prior serving, bartending and supervisory experience preferred
Passion and can-do mindset

Restaurant Manager Benefits

A base salary of $60 to $65K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
