CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce quality metal components to customer specifications. This is a hands-on machining role in a clean, organized shop environment. Programming experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Verify part dimensions using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standards
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications
• Maintain a safe and orderly work area
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with machine setup and operation
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience machining aluminum and other metals preferred
• HAAS experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
