Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Brooklyn, NY

Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling

We are hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a growing medical practice in Brooklyn.

If you are a New York-licensed NP or PA with an active New York Medicaid Provider ID, we want to hear from you.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling. We are open to providers from a variety of clinical backgrounds — you do not need to currently work in an urgent care center to be considered.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric patients
• Treat common acute illnesses and everyday medical conditions
• Provide in-office and telehealth visits
• Prescribe medications within your scope of practice
• Determine when referral or escalation of care is appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team

What We're Looking For

• Active New York NP or PA license — REQUIRED
• Active New York Medicaid Provider ID — REQUIRED
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills
• Comfortable treating common outpatient conditions
• Strong communication and bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Urgent Care | Family Medicine | Primary Care | Internal Medicine | Pediatrics | Emergency Medicine | Community Health | Walk-In Clinics | Telehealth | Outpatient Care

Urgent care experience is NOT required.

Flexible Schedules Available
