Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a bilingual, licensed professional to fill the role of a Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager at our Tyler, Texas office. In this position, you will be the go-to expert for our clients, managing their personal lines insurance needs with expertise and providing top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong client relationships by offering knowledgeable and friendly service in multiple languages.
  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring clients’ coverage meets their needs.
  • Advise clients on policy coverage options and help them make informed decisions about their insurance.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and advocate for clients’ interests.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and products in the personal lines insurance market.

Qualifications:

  • Active Property & Casualty license (P&C)
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and common industry software applications.

Work Schedule:

  • This position is based in our Tyler, Texas office.
  • M-F 8-5 Local Time
