Area Director – Ft. Collins, CO

Area Director Requirements & Qualifications

3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant environments
Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and achieve strong financial results
Experience developing and mentoring General Managers
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to travel within the Ft. Collins, CO regional territory

Area Director Preferred Background & Skills

Background in burger-focused fast food concepts preferred
Experience with pizza, taco, or wing restaurant concepts is a plus if burger experience is present

Area Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers, building a pipeline of leadership talent
Drive operational performance and uphold brand standards across multiple restaurant locations
Analyze and act on financial reports to improve restaurant profitability
Manage controllable costs, including labor and food expenses
Ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and hospitality at all locations
Address guest feedback, resolve operational challenges, and enhance the guest experience
Execute local marketing initiatives and support new store openings or remodels
Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategies and business growth
