Your Role:
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a world-class service team
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Partner with the GM to drive operational, financial, and guest service goals
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- A natural leader who motivates teams and drives results
- Experienced in service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
- Familiar with new restaurant openings? That’s a huge plus!
- Professional, adaptable, and passionate about hospitality
