Restaurant Operations Manager (Fine Dining)

Chagrin Falls, OH

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee a premier fine dining restaurant in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who understands that exceptional dining experiences are created through outstanding service, culinary excellence, and a strong, collaborative team culture.

We're looking for a leader with experience managing both Front of House and Back of House operations, including previous cooking experience. If you're passionate about mentoring teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of an upscale fine dining restaurant.
• Manage both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure seamless service.
• Jump into kitchen operations and cooking when needed to support the team.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees while creating a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, purchasing, food and labor costs, and budgeting.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest through service excellence and attention to detail.
• Partner with culinary leadership to execute seasonal menus and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining, country club, luxury hotel, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Previous Front of House and Back of House leadership experience is required.
• Hands-on cooking experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A polished, service-focused professional who enjoys being visible on the floor and leading by example.
