A well established and growing law firm is seeking a mid-level attorney to join its sophisticated insurance coverage practice.
This opportunity offers exposure to complex coverage matters involving healthcare, professional liability, and specialty insurer clients, including work connected to international market carriers. The practice is highly analytical and writing-intensive, making it an excellent fit for attorneys who enjoy nuanced policy interpretation and strategic advisory work.
Ideal Background
- 4–6 years of relevant legal experience
- Background in insurance coverage
- Experience with third-party liability coverage matters
- Exposure to general liability and/or professional liability policies
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Excellent academic credentials required
Preferred Experience
- Coverage opinions
- Reservation of rights letters
- Complex coverage analysis
- Healthcare or life sciences-related matters (preferred but not mandatory)
- Carrier-side representation
