We’re looking for a professional, high-performing Restaurant Manager to help lead a upscale concept known for its elevated service, precision execution, and commitment to excellence. Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a upscale restaurant
- Ensure every shift runs with a sense of urgency and excellence
- Lead and inspire a polished front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in execution
- 2+ years of upscale or fine dining management experience who takes pride in delivering excellence
- Highly organized and naturally decisive, with strong floor presence and a sense of command
- Skilled in coaching and developing a high-caliber team
- Detail-obsessed with a strong eye for service, pace, and presentation
- Calm and effective in high-pressure moments
Compensation:
- Competitive salary, $60-$70k
- 100% company paid Health insurance
