Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of polished-dining management experience.
- Experience managing restaurants with sales volumes of $4M+.
- No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
- Ability to relocate in the future is desirable.
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
