Our client, a forward-thinking insurance agency is looking to add a Commercial Lines Producer to its rapidly growing organization.

PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop new sales from a variety of prospecting techniques
Develop leads in niche business markets with help from the digital marketing department
Work closely with commercial lines CSR to provide outstanding customer service to existing clients
Market new and existing client policies with insurance carriers we represent with help from inside sales and marketing department

PRODUCER REQUIREMENTS:

Active P&C license
Previous sales experience
Strong attention to detail and follow-up

PRODUCER COMPENSATION:

Starting salary while growing your book of business
Equal commission for new and renewal business
No minimum premium threshold for earning a commission
Annual sales incentive trip
Healthcare insurance
401K + 3% match
Full financial sponsorship for industry designations
