Chef de Cuisine Opportunity with a Growing Restaurant Group

We’re expanding rapidly and seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our culinary team through an exciting phase of growth. What You’ll Do as Chef de Cuisine

  • Lead day-to-day kitchen operations across one or multiple concepts, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Develop, innovate, and execute seasonal menus that align with brand vision and guest preferences
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and inspire culinary staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and operational standards, including ensuring all team members hold required certifications like ServSafe
  • Collaborate closely with management on budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to meet business goals
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand, delivering a guest-first experience through culinary excellence and team leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef within independent or high-quality restaurant concepts
  • Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for elevating the dining experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen teams
  • Current ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety qualification
  • Self-starter attitude with a drive to innovate and grow within a fast-paced, evolving restaurant group
