A high-growth, multi-unit hospitality group is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead all financial operations and partner directly with executive leadership. This is a hands-on, strategic role for a finance leader who understands the pace, complexity, and financial drivers of the hospitality industry.
Corporate Controller Requirements
- Proven finance leadership experience within hospitality or restaurant groups (required)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting
- Experience managing AP, AR, payroll, and full-cycle accounting operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and build scalable financial processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and financial analysis
Corporate Controller Responsibilities
- Lead all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support business strategy
- Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Partner with operations to analyze performance and drive profitability improvements
- Manage audits, banking relationships, and cash flow across the organization
- Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and team performance
