Assistant General Manager Benefits & Compensation

AssistantGeneral Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant AGM experience.
- Intuitive understanding of full-service, casual upscale restaurant service.
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L, COGs, and operational excellence.
- Ability to demonstrate accurate cash handling and reconciliations.
- State-required food safety certifications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong people management experience and abilities.
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (reservation platforms, inventory management systems, point of sale systems).
- Motivated by a strong internal drive to achieve success and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Drive the restaurant's success by embodying core values and creating memorable moments for guests.
- Host unforgettable dining experiences, ensuring every guest encounter surpasses expectations.
