Chef de Cuisine

Full-Time

We’re a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant rooted in authentic Italian cuisine, looking for a passionate Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen and elevate our guest experience in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, quality, and service standards
  • Manage food and labor costs and drive profitability
  • Create seasonal Italian menus and maintain recipe integrity
  • Foster a positive, team-driven kitchen culture

Chef de Cuisine Requirements

  • 5+ years in culinary leadership (high-volume/upscale preferred)
  • Strong Italian cuisine background
  • Proven team leadership and financial management skills
  • Calm, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
  • English required; Spanish a plus

Chef de Cuisine Comp & Benefits

  • $130K–$150K + bonus
  • Up to 6 weeks PTO
  • Relocation housing support
  • Simple IRA
