National Manager | Fully remote

A growing international industrial solutions provider is seeking a talented National Manager to drive strategic sales growth across the United States. This fully remote position offers the chance to lead national sales efforts in wear protection and equipment reliability solutions, expand key accounts, and shape the success of a high-performing team in multiple heavy industrial sectors. Candidates based in the Midwest are ideal, but strong applicants nationwide will be considered.

National Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within equipment protection, reliability solutions, or maintenance-related products/services
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, including team development and performance management
  • Strong understanding of heavy industrial environments such as manufacturing, materials processing, energy, or similar sectors
  • Proven ability to engage with plant-level decision-makers in maintenance, engineering, operations, and procurement
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across the United States

National Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a national sales team, driving performance and revenue growth
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives in manufacturing, materials processing, and equipment-intensive sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Deliver solution-based sales approaches, tailoring offerings to customer operational needs
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
  • Partner with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and brand growth initiatives
