General Manager – High-Volume, Upscale Restaurant in Raleigh NC

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

MUST be willing to relocate to Raleigh NC!
Minimum 3 years of experience as a GM in a upscale polished restaurant
Experience working in Michelin-rated or comparable high-caliber restaurants
Proven ability to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of P&L, labor management, inventory, food cost, and scheduling
Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and consistent service standards
Experienced in hiring, training, and managing high-performing restaurant teams
Highly organized and accountable, with a passion for operational excellence
