We are looking for an ambitious, hard working, and knowledgeable sous chef to add to our kitchen team! We have a small, intimate, high-end bistro in a boutique hotel that is popular with locals and visitors alike. We maintain high standards in our all scratch kitchen!

This position is in Key West, FL. Relocation assistance available.

Fine Dining Sous Chef Benefits:

Fine Dining Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of kitchen leadership in an all-scratch kitchen
  • Strong food knowledge
  • Highly ambitious and enthusiastic about culinary career
  • Hard work ethic

Fine Dining Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the culinary team with consistency and integrity
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu development, recipe development, and conceptual direction
  • Work the line with the team as the first among equals
  • Maintain high standards for quality, presentation, and cleanliness
  • Other duties as assigned
