We are seeking a hands-on, high-energy District Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of QSR restaurants across Atlanta’s South Side. This is a critical leadership role within a rapidly growing organization, offering the opportunity to make a direct impact on operations, team development, and overall market performance.

This district includes a mix of high-traffic, airport-influenced locations and strong suburban stores, ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build winning teams.

What You’ll Own

Lead and develop General Managers and their teams (150+ employees total)
Drive operational excellence across all locations (speed of service, guest experience, cleanliness, food quality)
Own full P&L performance for the district (sales, labor, food cost, profitability)
Coach and mentor GMs on leadership, accountability, and talent development
Ensure execution of brand standards, company initiatives, and operational systems
Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
Support staffing strategies, hiring, and retention across all locations
Partner closely with senior leadership on growth and performance initiatives
Be present in the field—this is a hands-on, in-store leadership role

What We’re Looking For

5–8+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred)
Proven experience overseeing 5+ locations simultaneously
Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and cost controls
Track record of improving underperforming locations
Passion for guest service, team development, and coaching
High energy, positive presence—someone who leads from the front
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Ability to travel daily within the South Atlanta market
