We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join a growing excavation and site development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and has experience supporting excavation, underground utility installation, and site preparation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with excavation and site preparation for residential and commercial projects
Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
Perform work related to septic systems and leach fields
Assist with grading, roadwork, and foundation preparation
Install grates, piping, and other drainage components
Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

Prior experience in construction, excavation, or underground utilities preferred
Familiarity with septic systems, drainage, or roadwork is a plus
Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Reliable transportation to job sites
Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus)
