What We’re Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management or kitchen leadership experience
A proven track record of success and career growth
Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and developing others
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment standards
Experience with regional Italian cuisine and wood-fired cooking preferred

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership and participate in weekly management meetings
Lead, support, and communicate with the kitchen team to uphold standards and expectations
Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
Work service alongside the team, leading by example on the line
Recruit, train, and develop new team members
