  • Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
  • Build the team and morale based on respect and understanding
  • Manage costs with the support of the management team
  • Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Prior management experience in a high volume full-service, corporate location
  • Good tenure in previous role
  • Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
  • Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
  • Expertise in inventory/food cost controls/P&L Analysis
