Our client is a growing real estate investment and asset management platform focused in Build-to-Rent and Multifamily. As they continue to scale, we are looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to own the accounting function across our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
Manage a full Yardi system migration
Prepare financial and investor reporting packages
Oversee treasury, cash flow, and bank reconciliations
Coordinate external audits
Partner with asset management on financial analysis

Qualifications

7–12 years of real estate accounting experience
Strong Yardi proficiency required
Multi-entity consolidation experience required
Build-to-Rent, Multifamily, SFR, or real estate fund experience preferred
CPA preferred but not required
