We are seeking a Long Island-based high-level General Manager inside our Historic Hotel for our multi-floor Upscale Restaurant. This candidate will understand how to oversee our multifaceted operation including financials, steps of service, training, and development of staff. Also being able to work hand in hand with ownership and the know-how of opening up a new season every year. Terrific salary, benefits, and growth potential. Must come from a high-volume upscale background and be based on Long Island. 105-110K plus bonus, benefits and housing

 

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
  • Adept at P&L analysis, food, labor, and inventory control
  • Ability to foster a true team environment where hard work is rewarded
  • Have a true passion for food service and hospitality
  • At least 4 years in a Restaurant General Manager position
  • Proven track record of leadership
