Asset-Based 3PL Director of Sales
Location: Hurst, TX (Hybrid)
Compensation: $100,000 Base + 6% Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a high-performing Asset-Based 3PL Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, win new business, and expand strategic customer relationships within the logistics and transportation industry.
This hybrid role, based in Hurst, TX, is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and understands how to leverage asset-based capacity to deliver exceptional value to clients.
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development across 3PL and asset-based transportation services
- Identify, prospect, and close new customers within target markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop tailored logistics solutions and deliver compelling proposals
- Partner closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Monitor market trends and stay ahead of competitor activity
- Manage pipeline and sales performance through CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience in logistics, transportation, or 3PL
- Proven track record of closing deals and growing accounts
- Strong understanding of asset-based logistics solutions
- Existing book of business or strong industry network preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000 base salary

Preferred Experience
