We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be a key strategic partner to the President and Executive Leadership Team. As CFO you will mentor a high-performing team while also overseeing our organization’s long-term growth, hotel portfolio expansion, and operational excellence ensuring disciplined governance and risk mitigation.

Chief Financial Officer Qualifications:

CPA or CHAE Certification required
An accredited bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, hotel management or business administration
At least ten (10) years in a similar leadership role overseeing a multi-property hotel portfolio
At least 15 (fifteen) years of progressive senior financial leadership experience
High integrity, emotionally competent and able to build collaborative relationships at all levels
Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a diverse environment
Proven experience with hotel acquisitions, dispositions and post-transaction planning
20% travel required

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:

Prepares the company’s financial statements in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Delivers data-driven transparent strategic insights and projections to the Executive Leadership Team
Acts as a trusted advisor to the President, Executive Leadership Team, and internal and external stakeholders.
Oversees compliance, financial integrity, capital allocation, portfolio expansion and revenue optimization
Create policies and procedures and establish systems to protect the organizational assets
Mentor the VP of Finance and high-performing finance teams and succession pipelines
Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Chief Financial Officer Benefits:

Salary: $190,000-$230,000
