We’re partnering with a fast-growing, technology-driven organization transforming cash management across financial institutions and retail.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of:

Operational Finance
Treasury & Cash Management
Systems & Process Transformation

What You’ll Do:

Own inventory accounting, controls, and KPI-driven performance (DIO, turns, efficiency)
Lead global cash forecasting (13-week model) and optimize liquidity
Manage banking relationships, credit lines, and treasury strategy
Oversee CapEx planning, tracking, and financial reporting
Drive ERP/MRP enhancements and finance transformation initiatives
Build scalable processes to support rapid growth
Partner cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and executive leadership

What We’re Looking For:

10+ years in operational finance + treasury leadership
Strong background in inventory / cost accounting
Experience in global or multi-entity environments
ERP/MRP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
CPA, CFA, or similar strongly preferred

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building structure, improving processes, and driving real business impact.
